Had done my homework on treatments, maintenance schedules, etc. and knew I wasn't being taken for a ride. Some other exterminators tried to get us to sign up for bi-monthly treatments and such, and really appreciate their honesty and integrity. Very professional, arrived on time (a little early actually), returned phone calls, were patient in answering my endless stream of questions, and like I said, were priced very reasonably.
