  i would like to give ZERO stars- my order on line to pick up at a store was filled incorrectly since the order # matched the info i received, did not check the sealed package called JC Penny today, waited 42 mins for someone to get on line- JC Penny does not chat capability - who doesn't?? to be told that i can re-order and pay for the items that i originally ordered, and will only get credit for items when i return to the store. And BTW- i wanted it shipped to my home- they wanted to charge me shipping. Obviously, i will return the incorrect items, i don't wish to keep it, but at the very least, i should been accommodated and not have to pay once again. Will NEVER shop at JCP again

  Never going to order from jc penny online again. One wrong item, one item never even shipped. No online customer service and 20 min wait to talk to someone on the phone.
