  I absolutely adore all the staff here. On Friday I had to put my cat to sleep and I chose Marlboro Animal hospital because they came highly recommended by several friends. This was a heartbreaking and terrible day for me and the entire staff made it as comforting, loving and special as you could possibly ask for. They were so kind and loving towards me, Mipsy (my cat) and friend throughout the entire time.I could not recommend them more if possible. I even called several times for questions, concerns and worries about my other animals; all the while they handled it with the up most respect, kindness, love, understanding and comfort. I will forever be grateful for them and will always stick with them for animal care. I also love all the options they provide and let you decide how you would like to proceed. I never had to have a pet put to sleep so they made it the best situation as I could hope and ask for. Thank you so much to the staff; I don't think I would have been able to get through that without you!

  I moved here from the west coast and I needed a vet for my huskies. My one husky had a dental problem, so I was given some anti-inflammatory and an antibiotic for her until they could get her in to pull the tooth. I was told that someone would call and check and see how she was doing, but no one called to check on her. I called to schedule her for surgery to have the tooth that they thought might be the problem, pulled. Since they only sedated her enough to do an oral exam and found the tooth they thought it was, was not the issue, but the tooth behind it, which was large and that is the one that needed to be pulled. She wasn't sedated enough to pull the tooth and they had other appointments, so I paid $224 to have a sedated oral exam and they sent her home without any care instructions, only what they had done that day and an estimate of how much it would cost to have the tooth pulled ($692-$1333). It took her 12 hours to pee and I was really worried about her. She has now peed several times and had a bowel movement. No one has called to check on her. From what I can tell, even though the staff is very nice and friendly, this Animal Hospital is money oriented, not animal oriented. If you care about the animals you are caring for, you should send home instructions and check on them. I am looking for a Vet that actually cares about my dogs.
