  Was there the other day to fill up and get a car wash, and I paid for both at the pump. I did something stupid and drove off without actually getting the car washed. I only realized my mistake when I got home to CT. I called today and spoke to Adam about any possible refund or other solution. He explained that he would need the receipt and card in person for a refund, which was not an option for me but I understood. He went on to say that if I could find a shell carwash near me, he would call the owner explain the situation and try to get me a car wash over there instead. That's really going the extra mile in my opinion. Great customer service!
