  I approached "Santosh S" (as it appears on the receipt) today at this ZAGG kiosk, and asked him to exchange my Glass+ screen protector which was unused (with all the original tags and original ZAGG box) but got cracked in my suitcase when I was traveling. He told me it would cost me $10. I explained to him that I just wanted an exchange, rather than him installing it - as I did not have the phone I wanted to install on with me at that time. He told me the owner of that kiosk charges a $10 "shipping and storage fee" for any warranty claim. When I arrived home, I noticed the receipt stated that the $10 charge was for "installation" and NOT for "shipping and storage fee" as he had stated. Hence I am giving 1 star for deceiving customers. BEWARE!
